This delivery system is designed to ensure that sensitive or active ingredients are protected from the elements to remain active and fresh. These softgels can be designed in unique shapes, and in a full spectrum of colours. The twist-off softgels are convenient, biodegradable, and consumer friendly, for both the Cosmetic and Nutraceutical industries.

Pouching Capabilities
Single Serve Multi Packs
In addition to packing your blend as a bulk pack or jar, we have introduced pouching to our manufacturing capabilities. Our horizontal auto-packager will produce over 100,000 pouches/day from a variety (in additional to producing sample packs for capsule, softgel or liquid fill products).
Sports Nutrition Blending
Blending is a fine art which is much more complex that just mixing ingredients together. Most blends consist of multiple powders and extracts of various particle sizes. Our milling and processing equipment allows for the production to be completed in one step, facilitated with either our 3-D or 3MT blender to ensure a thoroughly blended final product, complimented with our metal detection systems to assure a safe and consistent blend every time. From bulk to full turnkey products, we specialize in protein powders, meal replacement drinks and custom blends.

Two-Piece Encapsulation
With the latest in hardshell manufacturing equipment, including 2 high-speed machines and a semi-automatic machine, we has the ability to produce upwards of 2 million hardshell capsules a day in standard gelatin or vegetable gelatin formats.
Our high-precision milling and blending procedures and expertly calibrated machines allow us to ensure an exact consistency and precise fill rate throughout production. Whether you require a size 0, 00, or 00E hardshell, we has the technologies and professionals to create a finished product to your exact specifications and prepare it for finished packaging or bulk production shipment.
Packaging
Nugale houses two fully automated bottling and packaging lines operating within our level III HEPA filtered manufacturing facility. These environmental conditions contribute to the quality and care conducted throughout the manufacturing process.
Our packaging lines allow us to complete up to 50,000 bottles of retail ready product, in a variety of finished packaging formats.
Heat induction seals provide tamper-evident security and if required, an additional heat shrink tunnel is available to provide a full tamper-evident body sleeve or to package multiple bottles.
Spray Enteric Coating
As some tablets, capsules and softgel provide additional benefit for the consumer with this additional process, we offer spray enteric coating. The benefit of this application will allow for the product to pass through the stomach intact without creating any undesirable reflux effects.
Liquids
We have developed our vast experience in manufacturing, filling and packaging of liquid products from single dose droppers bottles to complex Ready To Drink (RTD's) formulations. Our production scale allows for us to manufacture from trial batch to full scale production, in a variety of packaging options.

Gelatin Softgels
The softgel (soft gelatin) capsule is a 2 piece, hermetically sealed shell wall filled with oils or non-aqueous liquids, plus solids in a paste or solution form. The shell provides a unique strength and durability while protecting the inner material from the atmospheric oxidation which could compromise the potency and shelf life of the medicinal and non-medicinal ingredients in the formulation. NuGale offers softgel manufacturing with a variety of gelatin options including, bovine, porcine, or fish skin gelatin.
